Book in two minutes

Voucher questions
How long is a voucher valid?
12 months from the day you buy it. The expiry date is on the gift card email.
What can a voucher be used for?
A gift card works on any treatment on our menu, medical aesthetics aside. If it was bought for a named treatment and your consultation points to something better, the value moves to that treatment.
Can I buy a voucher in the studio?
Yes. Pop in Monday to Saturday from 10:30am to 6:30pm, or Sunday from 11am to 5pm.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. Tell us within 14 days of buying and we will refund any unused gift card, no fuss.
I have lost my voucher. What now?
Message us with your name and the date you bought it, and we will send the gift card again.
The details
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Gift cards can be used on any treatment except medical aesthetic treatments. Any balance stays on the card for next time, within the 12 months.
- A gift card bought for a treatment covers that treatment's price on the day it was bought. If the price changes before it is used, the difference is paid at the studio.
- Gift cards are for treatments, not cash. Changed your mind? Unused gift cards are refunded within 14 days of purchase.
- To use a gift card, book online and add the code when you pay, or book by WhatsApp or phone and give the code.
