About the treatment
Hydra facials and LED
A hydra facial cleanses, gently exfoliates and hydrates your skin in one calm treatment. LED light therapy is a quiet, restful session under soft light.
In a hydra facial, a small handpiece uses serums and gentle suction to cleanse and exfoliate your skin. Then hydrating serums leave it feeling soft and fresh.
For LED, you lie back under a light mask or dome and simply rest. Many clients enjoy it on its own, or straight after a facial.

We look at your skin, ask about your routine and your health, and agree the right facial for you.
- Treatment
Your skin is cleansed, gently exfoliated and hydrated. For LED, you simply lie back and rest under the light.
- Afterwards
Expect a soft, healthy flush at first, then carry on with your day.

Before your visit
- Come as you are. Every treatment starts with a gentle cleanse.
- Tell us about the skincare you use, especially retinol or exfoliating acids.
- Let us know if you are pregnant, or about any health conditions or medication.
- Avoid facial waxing, peels or sunburn in the days before your visit.
After your visit
- Expect a soft, healthy flush at first. It soon settles.
- If you can, leave your skin free of make-up for the rest of the day.
- Use a gentle cleanser and moisturiser, and wear SPF every day.
- Message us if anything worries you. We are happy to help.

Which facial is right for me?
Every skin is different. As a simple guide: Express Facial or Face Polish for a quick refresh, Hydra Clear for a deep cleanse, and Hydra Signature Glow or the Korean Glass Skin Facial for a glow. Or start with a free skin consultation and we will choose together.
Can I wear make-up after my facial?
If you can, leave your skin free of make-up for the rest of the day. If you have plans, tell us and we will advise you on the day.
How often should I have a facial?
Many clients love a monthly visit. If you like regular visits, a course of six costs less per session, and we will suggest a routine that suits your skin and your budget.
Is LED safe for my skin type?
LED suits most skin types. A few medicines and health conditions make skin more sensitive to light, so we check with you at your consultation, before your first session.
